Customize the Home page

In the News and Notes pane, you can now use markdown syntax to format text with options such as bold, italics, lists and headers. However, when you use markdown syntax with the standard export, this exports plain text.

In the new Highlighted Documents pane, you can view documents the Administrator highlights. Highlighted documents are listed in reverse chronological order based on modification / upload date. Unread documents are indicated with bold text.

Administrators can choose documents from the General Document Library to display in the new Highlighted Documents pane by selecting the Display on Home Page check box for each document.

Customize Lease Core Forms

Site home page

If you have the new Deactivation global role permission, you can now deactivate a site with up to 1500 child objects from that site's Home page. Once a site is deactivated, the status of child objects changes to Deactivated.

Extended Attributes

Extended Attributes now includes a Round function: ROUND({PRICE} * {DISCOUNT}, PRECISION)

This returns the decimal number nearest to the specified value, constrained to the given precision. For example, with ROUND({PRICE} * {DISCOUNT}, 2), you can calculate the discounted price rounded off to the nearest value and decimal places constrained based on precision. If Price and Discount are 999 and 0.07 respectively, the output of Discounted price is 69.93.

Extended Attributes now includes a Count function: COUNT(number1, number2,...)

This returns a count of numeric values or fields only. Other text strings or characters are not counted. For example, COUNT(1,2,3,'','FOUR'), returns 3.​
